I had to seriously resist the urge to title this post “Stiffler Got Married!”…David is a good friend of my younger brother and in college, when the American Pie movie came out, a couple of my girlfriends and I nicknamed him “Stiffler”. He was blonde, an athlete, enjoyed the occaisional beer. But, after seeing this side of him, the sweet, loving new husband, the nickname definitely doesn’t seem to fit anymore! Ok, he is probably so embarrassed by now, I will stop! Anyway, as you know, I LOVE my job, but celebrations like this, where I get to see someone I knew as a young kid now so grown up, so happy and with such a wonderful wife, just make it all the more special! Thank you, David and Christine, for having me as part of your day!
