Finally…another nephew!!

SO excited to finally have another nephew!! Our family has so many girls, and I love it, but still, I’m glad there’s another little guy joining us! Welcome Baby Danny, and congratulations to Josh, Lindsey, Decker and Allie!

Three very handsome boys!

Seriously, how adorable are these three boys?! And they are SO grown up! In fact, the oldest was the ring bearer in my wedding when he was just barely toddling around, and now he’s 9! Anyway, it was so fun to see them! Thanks guys for all the funny stories, and I hope you had fun exploring after we finished our session!

They’re TWO!

These two adorable little girls, who I have been photographing since before they were born, just had their second birthday! They keep getting cuter and cuter! They were definitely on the move for this session. Two is one of the hardest ages to photograph, so you can imagine what TWO two year olds is like! But, fortunately, they are very sweet to each other, so we got some great sister shots…

Welcome Little Miss A!

I LOVE it when couples whose weddings I’ve photographed contact me to do sessions with their new babies! I love seeing your families grow! This little one arrived while I was in Indiana for another wedding, so it was perfect, I got to see her at only 6 days old! I’m not sure how her petite little mom carried all 22 inches of her or where she got her awesome thick dark hair, but she is precious! And smiled a ton!

North Carolina Holiday Mini Sessions!

I know, it still feels like summer, but it’s time to start thinking about holiday portrait sessions! And Mini Sessions are a wonderful opportunity to get a few great shots at an excellent price.

Mini Sessions are 30 minutes and will produce approximately 15-25 proofs. Proofs will be online for 30 days to order prints, and you may choose to purchase the CD with the digital files, canvases and holiday cards. Mini Sessions are best for up to 4 people. If you have a larger group, consider scheduling two sessions.

Session Fee: $50 or $200 including the CD

Sunday, October 25th

8:30am – 10:30am
3:00pm – 5:30pm

A Very Talented Senior!

I so enjoyed meeting Heath and doing his Senior Portraits! He was very creative and fun, and had many great ideas for his photo shoot! I love the energy Seniors bring to their sessions! And, to top it all off, Heath is an extremely talented pianist. So, we met at Prestonwood to do some shots of him playing the grand piano outside the ballroom. It was so wonderful to have his musical accompaniment while I worked!

Congratulations, Heath! Have a GREAT Senior year!! And, don’t forget, I’m always looking for Senior Portrait Ambassadors!

Congratulations Kelly and Bill!!

I greatly enjoyed being a part of this wedding! Kelly and Bill were great to work with, as were both of their families. In fact, Bill’s family reminded me a bit of my own, and I have even been able to get some great parenting advice from his mom since the wedding! Yay! I was literally in tears during the mother/son dance, and had to download the song, Child of Mine by Carol King, right away! Also, Kelly was referred by another awesome bride from earlier this year, Mary, so it was fun to see many of the same people again! And, of course, I love referrals So thank you again, Mary! The Princess and Little Dude

I was so excited last year to learn that some of my favorite clients would be adding a new member to the family! So congratulations, and welcome Baby J, otherwise known as “Little Dude”. When you see him wearing his hat, you’ll see the nickname really fits! He’s such a little dude!

Seriously, I love this little girl’s style! How great is it that she came outside wearing this?!

Now, Wendy and Warren were not prepared to be in front of the camera, but I made them. So, to make up for it, I’ll also share a picture of them looking fabulous from a session a couple of years ago…

An adorable bride

I am working on the images from Kelly and Bill’s beautiful wedding right now, but wanted to share a few images of Kelly from her bridal session. She is just the cutest bride! It always amazes me though, that somehow, my brides look gorgeous in their bridal sessions but even more amazing on their wedding day. Maybe it’s the glow of excitement and happiness that just radiates on the actual day!
